These terms and conditions apply exclusively to HandleItFirearms sales. Any different terms proposed by the Buyer are rejected unless HandleItFirearms agrees to them in writing. By purchasing from us, you accept these terms.

Title and Risk of Loss: Ownership of goods transfers to the Buyer when shipped. HandleItFirearms is not responsible for the goods once they are with the carrier. If goods are priced at the destination, ownership transfers upon delivery.

Inspection and Testing: Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer must inspect and test them. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the goods are suitable for their use and assumes all risks. HandleItFirearms provides no warranties beyond what is stated in our invoice and will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Returns, replacements, or exchanges: Report defects or quality issues within 30 days of the invoice date. Pricing or shipping errors must also be reported within 30 days. We offer 30-day returns, replacements, or exchanges for our textured rubber, sandpaper, extreme, and edge series grips. Exchanges are available only if the returned item is unused and undamaged, and for an item of equal or lesser value. Returns, replacements, or exchanges are not available for vinyl wraps or custom orders. Claims not reported in time are waived. HandleItFirearms must be allowed to investigate and inspect reported issues. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. Legal action must start within one year of delivery or breach.

Payment Terms: Buyer agrees to HandleItFirearms’s payment terms. Failure to meet these terms allows HandleItFirearms to halt deliveries until payment is made. Overdue balances incur 1.5% interest per month or the maximum allowed by law.

Taxes and Charges: Buyer must reimburse HandleItFirearms for any taxes or charges related to the sale, production, or transportation of the goods.

​

Order Postponement and Cancellation: HandleItFirearms may postpone or cancel any part of the order not taken in the specified month without notice, but this does not affect the rest of the order.

​

Delivery and Non-Performance: HandleItFirearms strives to meet delivery schedules but is not liable for delays due to uncontrollable circumstances like natural disasters or labor disputes. The contract remains valid despite such issues.

Assignment: The Buyer cannot transfer this order without written consent from HandleItFirearms.

​

Supply Allocation: In case of shortages, HandleItFirearms may distribute available goods among buyers without liability.

​

Export Compliance: Buyer ensures compliance with U.S. export laws and agrees to indemnify HandleItFirearms for any export-related costs or liabilities.

​

Governing Law: Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, including the Uniform Commercial Code.

​

Waiver: HandleItFirearms’s waiver of any breach does not waive other breaches.

​

Order Acceptance: Orders are subject to acceptance by HandleItFirearms or its authorized credit sources.
