Processing and verification: All sales are conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local firearms laws. Orders will be processed and verified with the receiving FFL dealer before shipment. This process may take additional time based on the responsiveness of the FFL.

Age Requirement: Buyers must be at least 21 years old for handguns and 18 years old for rifles and shotguns. An adult signature is required upon delivery.

State Restrictions:

• California: Firearms must be shipped to a registered FFL dealer. Certain firearms, such as assault weapons, are prohibited.

• New York: Handguns must be shipped to a registered FFL dealer. Additional restrictions apply to certain types of firearms.

• Illinois: Firearms can only be shipped to FFL dealers, and buyers must provide a copy of their Firearm Owner’s Identification (FOID) card.

• Massachusetts: All firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer. Some firearms and accessories are restricted.

• New Jersey: Firearms can only be shipped to FFL dealers, and additional restrictions apply to certain models and magazine capacities.

• Connecticut: All firearm shipments must go to FFL dealers. Certain firearms are prohibited, and magazine capacity is restricted.

• Washington, D.C.: Firearms shipments are highly restricted and must comply with local laws.

Prohibited Locations: We do not ship firearms to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, and certain states in the continental USA due to logistical challenges and local regulations.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the firearm purchase complies with all local, state, and federal laws. Any orders that cannot be completed due to legal restrictions will be canceled and refunded, minus a processing fee.
